We are officially in cozy season here in the Midwest. The leaves are starting the change colors, the mornings are brisk and the nights are getting longer. If I had to pick one season to be inspired by year round it would be fall—yes, I am an Autumn. It's warmer, textural, reclaimed, it's mixed materials, natural materials, it's all things I love. My favorite homes are the ones that you walk into and they hug you and that to me feels like the fall season.

While most of my clients are actually not located in the Midwest and might not get the true fall weather—most are in much warmer climates—they still want their houses to feel like the cozy season.
